Beef Loaf, page 33

Two pounds of beef ground or chopped fine, 1 cup cracker crumbs, 1 cup sweet milk, 1 egg, a little butter, salt and pepper, 1 onion chopped fine, (if liked). Make in a loaf and bake same as a roast.
