Dried Sweet Corn, page 77

Boil sweet corn on the cob until tender, then cut it off and put it in cheese-cloth sacks, (flour sacks are nice) have only enough in the sack to dry quickly. Dry in the sun or oven until perfectly dry. To cook: Put it on in luke warm water in the morning and cook slowly until noon. Season with salt, pepper and butter.
