Cocoanut Pudding, page 137

One-half cup each of cocoanut and bread crumbs, 1 pint of milk, 1 table-spoonful of melted butter, 1 egg, 2 table-spoonfuls of sugar, a little salt. Soak the crumbs in milk, also the cocoanut in milk, for an hour. Mash the bread well. Bake half an hour.
