Yolks of 5 eggs, 1/2 cupful of sugar, the same quantity of butter and sorghum molasses, 2 table-spoonfuls of flour; stir well and flavor to suit the taste. Pour in the crust prepared for it, place in oven and bake till done. Frost with whites of the eggs, and bake to a light brown. This mixture will make three small pies or two large ones.
