- These are not professional researchers nor are they being
presented to you as such. They are simply amature genealogists like yourself
who would like to earn extra spending money in their spare time.
- Please remember that they have real jobs, and have families to raise,
they do this in their spare time so be patient and do not expect results
immediatly.
- It is up to you to arrange with the researcher exactly what you
want them to look for, and the amount of money you wish to spend. NEVER
expect anything to be done for you until after you have paid the
researchers!
- If you want the researcher to obtain copies of any other documents
they might run across while looking for your original request. You must
make arrangements for this in advance and send extra money to cover any
costs that might be incurred.
- Please pay the researchers with a money order or cashiers check
only. If you must pay with a personal check, plan on the researcher waiting
until your check clears the bank before any research is done.

Then with only a name and marriage date to go on, she found the records
from when my ggrandfather purchased his farm, and also my gggrandfathers
will!
